1. Information used by the game and its purpose
No game account is required. The game does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. Touch, mouse or keyboard input controls play. Temporary round state, such as ball and paddle positions, score and lives, stays in memory to run the game. Input histories are not recorded.
The game saves cleared stages, best scores per stage, the selected stage, speed, aim guidance, visibility, sound and volume preferences, and whether the help has been seen. These remember your progress and choices. Some options differ by platform. They are stored in the app’s storage on your device. Mid-round positions are not saved across closing the app; reopening starts the selected stage again.
2. Transmission and sharing of game data
The game version covered here has no game networking or server, cloud-save synchronization, advertisements, in-app purchases, or third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. The game does not transmit progress, settings or control inputs to the publisher or advertising providers, and does not request access to the personal resources listed above.
Operating systems and Stores may separately handle download, testing and diagnostic information under your platform settings and Apple’s or Google’s policies. This policy does not promise that those platforms produce no diagnostic data.
When you choose Privacy Policy or Support in the game, the system browser opens the website. These links do not include scores, saves or control inputs. Opening the website requires an Internet connection and is covered by the website section below.
3. Retention, backups and deletion
Progress and preferences remain in app storage until you delete them, with no automatic expiration. Mid-round state stays in memory only. Restarting a round does not erase best scores or cleared stages.
- iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → General → device Storage → Brick Holiday → Delete App. Offload App may retain the data.
- Android: Open system Settings → Apps → Brick Holiday → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage. Menu names vary by device.
- Mac: Contact us for help removing the app’s saved preferences and progress. Moving the app to Trash may not remove those files.
Apple system backups or device transfers may include app data according to your settings. Android cloud app backup is disabled, but device-to-device transfer behavior can vary by OS and manufacturer. Deleting local data does not automatically erase backups, and restoring a backup may restore saved data. Manage those copies through your backup provider. The publisher has no game-server copy of your saves to retrieve or delete for you.
4. Support communications
If you email us, we receive your sender address, display name, message and attachments you choose to send, such as screenshots, device model, OS version or game version. We use them to read, respond to and resolve your request. The game does not automatically upload reports or attach this information. Please do not send passwords, account credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Messages pass through your and our email providers. We use this information for support, not advertising or selling data. We retain it as needed to handle your request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion at the email below. We will explain any need to retain particular information.
5. This website and Cloudflare
This companion website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages separately from the game. Visiting it allows Cloudflare to process connection information, such as IP addresses, HTTP request and browser information, to deliver the pages and operate and secure its services. This is not information uploaded by the game. We have added no analytics, advertising, tracking forms or external scripts to this site.
Cloudflare handles network information, service providers and retention under its Privacy Policy, which may include processing in other countries. We do not promise a network-data deletion period that Cloudflare has not confirmed for this service. Contact us about questions concerning website visitor information.
